Cyndi Nickel - CEO and Chairman of the Board of DxUpClose. Takes technology from product ideation to revenue generating businesses. Before starting DxUpClose her previous nine years at Hewlett-Packard Research Labs (HPL) as Research Strategy and Operations manager, she increased the measurable impact to HP’s gross margin by $850M annually by increasing the quantity and quality of technology commercialized. While at Hewlett-Packard, she founded three product lines for the company.

Richard Holoman  - Board Advisor.  Richard offers 30+ years of strategic financial talent, value creating consulting, large account management, and board leadership. He was a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and its predecessor Price Waterhouse, from 1976 until his retirement in 2010. Upon retiring from PwC, he continued significant teaching responsibilities. In 2013 he assumed a board position with Vedero Software after having led the due diligence effort for North Texas Angel Network (NTAN). The company completed a successful exit in 2015 through a merger with Murata Electronics (Japan).

 John Whelan - Board Advisor.   History raising over $220M for previous startups with roles that included CEO, CFO, COO.  Successful exits and turn arounds.  CEO of a public company.   Previous companies include AP Pharma, Raven Biotechnologies, EOS Biotechnology.

Carol Nichols - Board Advisor.  Carol brings a deep background in capital markets, banking and investments. Carol is a co-founder of Texas Women Ventures and a Managing Director of Golden Seeds. In addition, she helped to found the North Texas Angel Network. Carol has over 30 years of experience as an executive at Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, and currently leads the Commercial Banking Group at Capital One Bank in Dallas.

Jan Norton, - Board Advisor.  Global Director of Organization and Methods at Galderma, a Swiss pharmaceutical company, where she guided executive leadership in understanding the implications of finance and the operating infrastructure for their strategies and for moving their vision forward
